overflow: auto; --ifsd-limited-block-height: 350px;\">\n<p class=\"has-x-large-font-size\">Au carrefour entre d\u2019une part les finances publiques et d\u2019autre part la politique et les institutions, l\u2019Institut des finances publiques et de la d\u00e9mocratie (IFPD) a pour mission de fournir \u00e0 ses clients et autres parties prenantes des donn\u00e9es probantes servant \u00e0 \u00e9tayer la prise de d\u00e9cisions, la formulation de budgets, la planification, l\u2019exercice d\u2019une diligence raisonnable et le renforcement des institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-x-large-font-size\">Fond\u00e9 en 2016 par Kevin Page, premier directeur parlementaire du budget du Canada, l\u2019IFPD est un groupe de r\u00e9flexion canadien sans but lucratif qui se double d\u2019un cabinet-conseil \u00e0 audience mondiale. En se fondant sur une compr\u00e9hension unique et approfondie des finances publiques et des institutions, l\u2019IFPD applique une approche disciplin\u00e9e de recherche-consultance qui met \u00e0 profit les d\u00e9cennies d\u2019exp\u00e9rience cumul\u00e9es par son \u00e9quipe dans les domaines de la gestion des finances publiques, de la macro\u00e9conomie et de l\u2019administration publique. Ces \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes, enracin\u00e9s dans des si\u00e8cles d\u2019histoire politique et de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomique, se composent d\u2019un enchev\u00eatrement de\u00a0<em><strong>motivations<\/strong><\/em>, d\u2019<strong>informations<\/strong> publiques et priv\u00e9s et d\u2019un complexe ensemble de <strong>r\u00e8gles et processus<\/strong> bas\u00e9s sur le droit constitutionnel, le droit l\u00e9gislatif, les conventions et les luttes de pouvoir. Les acteurs qui interviennent dans ce syst\u00e8me d\u00e9pendent les uns des autres aussi bien que de la robustesse et de la\u00a0<em>transparence<\/em>\u00a0de l\u2019information et des processus, le tout reposant sur les normes de\u00a0reddition de compte de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-x-large-font-size\"><strong>C\u2019est \u00e0 ce carrefour dynamique de l\u2019<em>argent<\/em> et de la <em>politique que l\u2019IFPD met \u00e0 contribution son expertise pour faire des <\/em>recherches, conseiller, mobiliser et enseigner.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-x-large-font-size\">En constituant un vaste r\u00e9seau national et international lui permettant d\u2019obtenir les donn\u00e9es et l\u2019expertise dont il a besoin pour \u00e9clairer ses conclusions et ses conseils, l\u2019IFPD s\u2019est forg\u00e9 une solide r\u00e9putation concernant la consultance strat\u00e9gique et le leadership pratique. Dans son mod\u00e8le de consultance, l\u2019IFPD tire parti de ses comp\u00e9tences essentielles pour conseiller ses clients sur un vaste \u00e9ventail d\u2019enjeux \u00e9conomiques tels que
